Israeli Spokesman Says We Control Stupid Americans

“Another Israeli spokeswoman, Tzipora Menache, stated that she was not worried about negative ramifications the Israeli onslaught on Gaza might have on the way the Obama administration would view Israel. She said ‘You know very well, and the stupid Americans know equally well, that we control their government, irrespective of who sits in the White House. You see, I know it and you know it that no American president can be in a position to challenge us even if we do the unthinkable. What can they (Americans) do to us? We control congress, we control the media, we control show biz, and we control everything in America. In America you can criticize God, but you can’t criticize Israel.”

Commenting on the latest Israeli one-directional onslaught against the Palestinians of Gaza Strip, the Israeli 10th TV channel has disclosed that the Israeli genocidal forces had used half of its air force and had launched at least 2500 air raids against Gaza Strip.
The television military correspondent stated that the Israeli warplanes had dropped more than a thousand tons of explosives, including white phosphorous and DIME (Dense Inert Metal Explosive) bombs, during three weeks on the virtually unarmed densely populated 360 square Kilometers Strip.

He added that the shells fired by tanks, artillery, gunboats, and infantry were not included in those fired by the air force.

After a whole week of continuous air bombardments Israel sent in its elite foot soldiers; 30,000 of them, and called in 10,000 of its reservists. Armed with the latest weapons of mass murder, covered with an umbrella of free reigning air force, and accompanied with raining shells of heavy artilleries, they drove their tanks into the civilian towns murdering civilians and destroying every structure in their path.

Living outside of Gaza one cannot fully understand the barbarity of this genocide especially when the Western media had barely covered any of its atrocity. To gain a slight idea of its enormity one should remember that, during the 6-days war of 1967, this same Israeli army was distributed on four fronts; Egyptian, Jordanian, Syrian, and Lebanese, and it was fighting regular armies. Now the whole brunt of this army is concentrated on a small strip against unarmed and untrained civilian population.

Latest official count was 1350 murdered, 40% of them were children, and 5300 were injured; mutilated and amputated. It was reported that 80% of the injured were the victims of burning phosphorous bombs. More dead are being discovered under the rebels, and many seriously injured are expected later on to die.

Israeli tanks had left several city blocks completely destroyed without any homes or structure standing. The tanks shelled homes and apartment towers. Due to the small size of Gaza Strip Palestinians had to build vertically. Many apartment towers went up 15-20 stories high with each story containing 6-8 apartments.

A total of 20,000 buildings were completely or partially burnt and damaged. The UN has reported that more than 50,000 Palestinians are left homeless and are now crowded into 50 emergency shelters.

An estimated of 50,000 more are living with relatives and in tents they erected on the ruins of their homes.

The Israeli bombardment targeted everything in Gaza including government buildings, police headquarters, banks and business offices, the main university, 67 schools sheltering civilians, shopping centers and market places, factories, water, sewer, and electricity infrastructures, private homes and apartment towers and charity organizations.

Farms, including their animals, were also targeted and hundreds of acres of crops and fruit groves were incinerated. Religious buildings, where civilians usually seek shelter, were specifically targeted. Israeli fighter planes had completely destroyed 41 mosques, and partially damaged 51 others. One church was also targeted. Even cemeteries were not spared; 5 of them were bombed.

Although the Israeli army was given the exact GPS co-ordinates of every UN structure, as asserted by Christopher Gunness, the UNRWA spokesman, Israeli F-16 planes had repeatedly dropped phosphorous bombed on UN schools knowing very well that hundreds of civilians had taken shelter there. At least 45 children and women were burnt and murdered there.

The UN headquarters in Gaza City was also hit with three, not just one, phosphorous bombs burning tons of humanitarian aid and food stuff. The fire kept on burning for three days. UN-flagged humanitarian convoy was also shelled killing one driver.

Medical centers and paramedics were not spared. The Red Crescent Al-Quds hospital in Tal el-Hawa neighborhood was hit by Israeli shells and caught on fire. Other two hospitals; Al-Wafa and Al-Fata hospitals, were also shelled, leading the World Health Organization to express its deep concern about the serious implications of such bombardments. 16 other smaller health clinics and 16 ambulances were also damaged. Medics were targeted and prevented from helping the injured. Ten of them, including two doctors, were murdered.

Media centers were particularly targeted. Local and international news reporters were prevented from entering Gaza. Those, who were able to enter, were directly targeted. The Al-Shuruq office tower housing several international and Arab media outlets was directly hit. Two cameramen working for Abu Dhabi TV were injured, while the offices of Reuters News Agency, Fox TV, Sky, and Al-Arabiya TV offices were damaged. Another raid had damaged the headquarter offices of Al-Resala newspaper.

Similar to all their previous wars the Israeli soldiers had committed massacres against Palestinian unarmed civilians. They have used internationally banned weapons such as phosphorous bombs, DIME, and depleted uranium, as reported by international physicians, eyewitnesses, and military experts. Israeli soldiers had mutilated the bodies of their victims to instill terror in the hearts of people hoping they will leave Gaza. Israeli soldiers herded many families in one building using them as human shield, and then later on bombed the building on top of them. They shot civilians, mainly children, directly and at point blank. The bodies of some children were found shot several times; as many as 18 bullets in the body of a 12 years old girl, and 12 bullets in the body of her 2 years old sister.

Israeli soldiers had wiped off whole Palestinian families. Al-Samuni family lost 11 members, Abu Aisha family lost 6, Batran family lost 6, al-Rayyan family lost 15 and al-Balousha family lost 5 sisters. Other families, too many to mention here, were either murdered or incinerated by the phosphorous bombs. The Israeli army has been carrying out a deliberate indiscriminate mass murder. During the first Intifada, 1987 – 1993, they murdered 1162 Palestinians. During the second Intifada, 2001- 2006, they murdered 5500 Palestinians. Now, in a short period of three weeks, they murdered 1350 Palestinians.

This onslaught is a holocaust since the many tons of phosphorous bombs, dropped on Gaza cities, had burnt civilians to the bones, burnt their homes and buildings, and burnt their fields and crops. This is the holocaust that the Israeli Deputy Defense Minister, Matan Vilnai, had threatened Palestinians with when he stated: “the more Qassam fire intensifies and the rockets reach a longer range, they will bring upon themselves a bigger shoah (holocaust) because we will use all our might to defend ourselves.”

One cannot help but wonder how could a group of people, who claim to be the victims of a holocaust, commit another holocaust against another nation. What is it that feeds, perpetuates and intensifies this Judaic genocidal spirit although all Arabs, including Palestinians, had offered these Zionist Jews many agreements of coexistence, peace and security? The answer comes through their media outlets, through the words of their scholarly educators, and through the teachings of their Rabbis.

“All of the Palestinians must be killed; men, women, infants, and even their beasts” cries the religious opinion of Rabbi Yisrael Rosen, the director of the long-established Tsomet Religious Institute. He wrote that Palestinians are like the nation of Amalekites, who attacked the Israelite tribes led by Moses on their way to Jerusalem. He stated that the Lord sent down in the Torah a ruling that allowed the Jews to kill the Amalekites, and that this ruling is known in Jewish jurisprudence.

The Torah states: “Annihilate the Amalekites from the beginning to the end. Kill them and wrest them from their possessions. Show them no mercy. Kill continuously, one after the other. Leave no child, plant, or tree. Kill their beasts, from camels to donkeys.” Rosen stated that Amalekites are not a particular race, but rather all those who hate and oppose the Jews; Christians and Muslims.

Many leading Israeli Rabbis support Rosen’s views. Israel’s former Sephardic Chief Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu advocated carpet bombing of Gaza stating that “there is absolutely no moral prohibition against the indiscriminate killing of civilians during massive military offensive on Gaza” (The Jerusalem Post, 30 May, 2007). His son Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu amplified his father’s genocidal call stating: “if they don’t stop after we kill 100, then we must kill a thousand, then we must kill 10,000 and even a million.”

Many Rabbis had argued that Palestinians in Gaza are not innocent civilians and that during war time it is not individuals but nations the Israelis are fighting. (It seems that Hitler had adopted this Telmudic teaching when he persecuted all European Jews)

Israeli educators, scholars, and politicians, openly, advocate the annihilation of all Palestinians. Dr. Nachum Rakover, a legal scholar, opined “They voted for killers and sent them to kill us. To call them (civilians) innocent is a tragic comedy… civilians are partners of the killers” Eli Yeshai, Israeli official in the Orthodox Shas party argued that “extermination of the enemy is sanctioned by the Torah” Many other politicians called for the need for “wiping off Gaza from the face of earth”, and “annihilating of every moving thing there.” The right-wing Israeli politician Avigdor Lieberman proposed nuking Gaza following the US example when it dropped the atomic bomb on Japan during WWII.

This “ideology of annihilation” is by no means a minority opinion in Israel, but represents a mainstream in the Jews of Israel as well as Jews in the West (US). The popular attitude is “if it was right by God to order us to commit genocide during Biblical time, why can’t it be right to commit genocide now. Has God changed his mind?” Indeed Judaic god is a racist genocidal god.

The Israeli spokesman, Nachman Abramovic demonized Palestinian children stating “They may look young to you, but these people are terrorists at heart. Don’t look at their deceptively innocent faces, try to think of the demons inside each of them … I am absolutely certain these people would grow to be evil terrorists if we allowed them to grow… would you allow them to grow to kill your children or finish them off right now? … honost and moral people ought to differentiate between true humans and human animals. We do kill human animals and we do so unapologetically. Besides who in the West is in a position to lecture us on killing human animals. After all, whose hands are clean?”

Human animal mentioned by Abramovic refers to the Judaic religious belief that Jews are Gods chosen people; the elite and the pure-blooded, while all others (non-Jews, Goyims, gentiles) are animal souls incarnated into human bodies to serve the Jews. Killing a human animal is just a sport like hunting deer or birds.

"Kamu Bunuh Mereka"

PERDANA Menteri Turki, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, menyebabkan hadirin Forum Ekonomi Dunia (WEF) terdiam apabila memarahi Presiden Israel, Shimon Peres, kerana menafikan Tel Aviv bersalah mengganas di Gaza dengan berkata: “Kamu bunuh mereka.”

Erdogan berang selepas penulis Washington Post yang mempengerusikan majlis, David Ignatius, hanya memberinya 12 minit untuk berucap sedangkan Peres, 85, lantang berhujah selama 25 minit dan merujuk kepada pejuang Hamas sambil bertanya: “Mengapa mereka lancar roket? Gaza tidak dikepung. Mengapa mereka lawan kami, apa yang mereka mahu? Kebuluran tidak berlaku walau sehari di Gaza.”

Apabila Ignatius memberinya satu minit untuk menjawab balas, Erdogan menuduh pengerusi itu menyekatnya membalas hujah Peres dengan berkata: “Saya kesal bagi mereka yang bertepuk tangan mendengar kamu (Peres) bercakap. Kamu bunuh penduduk Gaza. Saya rasa itu adalah salah.”

“Peres, kamu lebih tua daripada saya. Suara kamu terlalu tinggi. Kamu bunuh mereka. Saya masih ingat kanak-kanak yang mati di tepi pantai. Saya masih ingat dua bekas Perdana Menteri (Israel) berkata mereka gembira masuk Palestin dengan kereta kebal. Dalam soal membunuh, kamu terlalu bagus.”

Apabila Ignatius cuba menyampuk, Erdogan berkata beliau tidak akan datang lagi ke Davos, meninggalkan ahli panel termasuk Setiausaha Agung PBB, Ban Ki-moon dan Setiausaha Liga Arab, Amr Moussa, di pentas ucapan.

Nota: Umat Islam hari ini sedang menantikan Salahuddin Al-Ayyubi ke-2 yang diharap bakal membebaskan bumi suci Baitulmaqdis dan Palestin. Jika Salahuddin yang berbangsa kurdish di Utara Iraq dan bersempadan dengan Turki, maka tidak menghairankan konotasi protes Erdogan, Perdana Menteri Turki dan cabarannya kepada pemimpin dunia banyak diinspirasikan oleh ruh jihad Salahuddin al-Ayyubi, pahlawan Islam era Perang Salib. Jews and the Gaza holocaust

In June, 1942, in reprisal for the assassination of the Nazi commander Reinhard Heydrich, the Germans carried out a murderous rampage of murder and terror throughout Czechoslovakia. The small Czech village of Lidice bore the brunt of the German revenge, with the SS killing all the men, deported all women and children and razed the village to the ground.

Similarly, in March 1944, thirty-three German soldiers were killed when members of an Italian resistance group set off a bomb close to a column of German troops who were marching on via Rasella in Rome. Adolph Hitler got furious and ordered that within 24 hours, ten Italians were to be shot for each German soldier that had been killed. Herbert Kappler, the local German commander, quickly compiled a list of 320 civilians who were to be assassinated as vengeance. On March 24, the victims were transported to the Ardeatine caves where they were summarily executed by the SS.

Numerous other ‘pacification operations’ were carried out by the Nazi armies against civilians throughout Nazi-occupied Europe, in which men, women and children were brutally killed to avenge the death of German occupation soldiers by local resistance fighters.

Now what is the difference between these Nazi atrocities and what Israel, the “only democracy in the Middle East” is doing in the Gaza Strip, where “the most moral army in the world” is slaughtering babies as young as six-months’ old? I know that many Jews, especially Zionist Jews, have developed almost instinctive knee- jerk defensive reactions to any comparisons between Israel and Nazi Germany. However, the truth must be proclaimed aloud, irrespective of how many Zionists will get angry.

Israel claims that it doesn’t murder innocent civilians deliberately. But this is a big, obscene lie, of which even most Israelis are aware. Mistakes happen a few times, but when the wanton slaughter of children occurs each day and every day of the year, it means it is policy.

In addition, when the number of victims, especially innocent victims, as in Gaza, even intent itself becomes irrelevant.

In the final analysis, murdering knowingly is murdering deliberately, regardless of the prevarication and the verbal juggling.

Hence, Jews around the world, especially those who support Israel, should be willing to bring themselves to recognizing that what their wonderful state is doing to these helpless Palestinians is a virtual holocaust or at least a holocaust in the making.

How else can any honest person relate to these phantasmagoric images that keep coming from Gaza, haunting the conscience of every human being?
True, Israel had not introduced gas chambers in Beit Hanun and Khan Younis or Rafah. But we have F-16s raining down bombs and death on sleeping children and women and innocent civilians.

If Jews who support this satanic entity are not willing to call the spade a spade and recognize a holocaust as a holocaust, then they should be viewed as active accomplices in this wanton rampage of murder and terror.

This is not a war. Calling the current Israeli onslaught on Gaza a war is like fornicating with words. Wars occur between armies and states.

What is happening in Gaza is actually a merciless and brutal rampage of murder and terror waged by a Wehrmacht-like army against a blockaded, beleaguered and starved people who want to survive and be free, very much like Jews did under the Nazi occupation of Europe.
Indeed, when Israel murders a hundred Palestinian, mostly innocent civilians, for every Israeli killed, there is a name for that, it is massacre.

It is conscionable that honest people around the world, including many conscientious Jews who can’t bear watching the heinous crimes Israel is committing in their collective name, must call the spade a spade. A holocaust, after all, doesn’t become lesser when perpetrated by Jews. There is no such a thing as a kosher holocaust or kosher massacres.

Israel Threatens Gaza Holocaust

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM — Israel threatened on Friday, February 29, to turn the Gaza Strip into a "bigger holocaust" for the Palestinians amid reports of a looming massive ground invasion.

"The more Qassam (rocket) fire intensifies and the rockets reach a longer range, they (the Palestinians) will bring upon themselves a bigger holocaust because we will use all our might to defend ourselves," Deputy Israeli Defense Minister Matan Vilnai told Israeli Army Radio in statements carried by Reuters.

Israel continued its aggression on the besieged Gaza Strip Friday with four air strikes, which injured four people, including two children aged five and six, in the northern town of Jabaliya, medics and witnesses said.

Using US-made F-16 warplanes, Apache helicopters Israel killed in the past two days more than 32 Gazans, including five children and a toddler.

The Holocaust is a very sensitive issue In Israel as it conjures up horrific killings and executions of Jews by the Nazi.

Commentators say this is the first time an Israeli official uses the term "shoah", the Hebrew word for holocaust, metaphorically to describe contemporary events.

According to Encyclopedia Britannica, the Holocaust refers to "systematic state-sponsored killing of Jewish men, women, and children and others by Nazi Germany and its collaborators during World War II."

The commonly used figure for the number of Jewish victims is six million.

But the figure has been questioned by many European historians and intellectuals, chiefly French author Roger Garaudy.

Ground Offensive

The Israeli deputy Defense Minister also said that Israel's patience is wearing thin to launch a ground invasion of the Gaza Strip.

"We will not shy away from any action," to force the Palestinian groups to stop firing rocket into Israeli cities, Vilnai said.

Israel "will have no choice" but to launch a wide scale ground operation that will be "costly and difficult."

Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak warned on Thursday, February 28, that "a large-scale ground operation is being considered."

On Friday, Barak sent confidential messages to world leaders and officials, including US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, trying to justify the currently prepared offensive, according to Israel's mass circulation daily Yedioth Ahronoth.

"Israel is not keen on and rushing for an offensive, but Hamas is leaving us no choice," Barak said in his message.

As part of such preparations, the Israeli daily revealed that the Israeli army deployed in the past two days dozens of tanks, artillery battery north of Gaza to reinforce infantry, engineering corps forces.

Israel pulled its troops and settlers out of the Gaza Strip in 2005 but still maintains control of the territory's air space, coastal waters and major border crossings.

The chief of the Israeli left-wing Meretz party, Yossi Beilin, voiced his opposition Thursday to a ground invasion of the Strip, calling for talks with Hamas.

"My solution is to reach a cease-fire with Hamas," Beilin told an Israeli public radio.
Beilin said Hamas has expressed an interest in a truce over the last few weeks and that it was irresponsible of Israel not to respond to them.

"At least on two occasions Hamas has made it passed on truce offers to Israel via third parties," he said, adding that such a ceasefire was "the only way to stop the rocket fire."

According to a survey published in Haaretz newspaper on Wednesday, most Israelis think their government should hold direct talks with Hamas to reach a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and secure the release of Israeli soldier Gilad Shilat, who was taken prisoner in a cross-border joint operation by Palestinian resistance groups.

Walaupun serangan itu mengorbankan 33 tentera Amerika dan mencederakan 177 yang lain, tetapi Amerika tidak mengambil sebarang tindakan dengan alasan bahawa tentera Israel 'telah tersalah sasaran'. Bayangkan kalau serangan itu dilakukan oleh negara umat Islam?

13) Tahukah anda bahawa Israel merupakan negara yang paling banyak melanggar resolusi Majlis Keselamatan PBB? Jumlah resolusi yang yang dilanggar oleh Israel mencapai 69 resolusi. Bayangkan seandainya satu daripada negara Islam melanggar satu sahaja resolusi PBB, apa yang akan dilakukan oleh Amerika dan Barat?

14) Tahukah anda pemerintah Israel menggunakan sistem politik kuno terhadap identiti bangsa Yahudi agar mereka tetap menjadi warga negara itu?

15) Tahukah anda bahawa Mahkamah Agung Israel telah menetapkan Perdana Menteri Ariel Sharon sebagai 'tidak sengaja' dalam kes pembunuhan beramai-ramai Shabra dan Syatilla pada 16 September 1982 di Lubnan yang mengorbankan lebih 1500 orang pelarian Palestin yang terdiri daripada kanak-kanak, wanita dan orang-orang tua?

16) Tahukah anda bahawa Perdana Mentari Israel pertama, David Ben Gorion sepakat dengan langkah pengusiran secara paksa seluruh bangsa Arab dari Israel?

Shabra dan Shatila Dalam Kenangan

Salam Sejarah buat semua pengunjung Sejarah2u yang dikasihi. Penulis masih cukup terkesan dengan apa yang berlaku di bumi Gaza ketika ini. Terkesan dengan kata-kata Presiden Mercy Malaysia, Dr Jemilah bahawa negara-negara dan pertubuhan dunia tidak berdaya membantu Gaza, apatah lagi untuk menelanjangi kebiadapan Israel meski atas nama kemanusiaan.

Sikap 'double standard' Barat, khususnya US yang kononnya 'polis dunia' amat menjengkelkan. Ketika berita ini ditulis, dikatakan US sedang menyewa kapal-kapal asing untuk menghantar bekalan bantuan 3ooo tan senjata dan peluru ke Israel. (Sumber: Bernama)

Sebagaimana Gaza, penulis acapkali terhimbau dengan peristiwa tragis yang berlaku 27 tahun lalu ke atas kem pelarian Palestin di Lebanon, iaitu Shabra dan Shatila. Ramai berpendapat bahawa apa yang berlaku kepada Gaza sekarang sama dengan apa yang telah berlaku di Shabra dan Shatila iaitu 'Pembersihan etnik beramai-ramai' (ethnic cleansing). Justeru tak hairan bila kanak-kanak, perempuan dan orang tua tidak terkecuali sebagai sasaran mudah untuk dibunuh.

Shabra dan Shatila – dua kem pelarian Palestin ini terkenal bukan kerana ia ditempatkan di selatan ibu kota Lebanon ini, tetapi kerana sejarah berdarah kekejaman Israel yang membunuh lebih dua ribu rakyat Palestin di situ tanpa belas ihsan.

Walaupun peristiwa berdarah itu telah berlalu 27 tahun lepas, ia tidak pernah terlupa sebegitu sahaja malahan terus tertancap kukuh dalam ingatan setiap warga dunia khususnya umat Islam.

Kejadian 20 Sept 1982 itu adalah hari paling hitam dan menyayat hati dalam sejarah kewujudan manusia di dunia pada era moden ini. Pada hari itu, manusia bernama lelaki beruniform zionis Israel dan sekutunya membunuh rakus ribuan lelaki, wanita dan kanak-kanak, serta tidak ketinggalan bayi.

Peristiwa kejam itu dikenangi kembali pada saban tahun agar manusia tidak mudah melupakan kezaliman dan kesanggupan manusia sendiri membunuh sesama manusia. Dan ia tidak terkecuali untuk dikenangi dan diingati dengan penuh kesal dan kebencian pada Zionis.

Tapak perkuburan Shabra dan Shatila yang dibunuh secara beramai-ramai itu adalah sebesar separuh padang bola sepak. Ia pagari tembok batu. Sunyi. Terdapat pepohon ditanam melatari kawasan itu. Sekelilingnya (di luar tembok) deretan rumah (umpama kekotak batu) setinggi dua hingga tiga tingkat menghiasi pandangan.

Rumah-rumah yang kelihatan tidak terurus dan tidak mempunyai kemudahan sewajarnya. Dikatakan puluhan manusia Palestin berhimpit-himpit menghuni sesebuah rumah yang kadar pencahayaannya juga terbatas.

Ketika itu, Israel telah menceroboh masuk ke Lebanon dan menawan Beirut. Selepas saki baki tentera Palestin diusir keluar dari Lebonan, tentera Israel mengepong Shabra dan Shatila di bawah arahan Menteri Pertahanan Israel Ariel Sharon.

Maka berlakulah kekejaman berdarah itu sehingga tidak tergambar untuk dideskripsikan secara bertulis mahupun diadaptasikan melalui gambar.

Seorang wartawan Amerika yang melawat tempat itu sehari selepas tragedy menyayat hati itu antaranya menulis: … kanak-kanak disembelih, wanita mengandung dibelah perutnya, manakala kanak-kanak dan bayi dibunuh dan dibuang ke dalam tong-tong sampah.

Mayat bergelimpangan. Wanita dirogol dan dibunuh. Tidak tergambar KEAIBAN DAN KEZALIMAN DILAKUKAN JIKA DILIHAT PADA keadaan mayat mereka yang begitu menyayatkan.

Ariel Sharon kemudian dipilih menjadi Perdana Menteri Israel dan yang aneh serta kelakarnya ialah, pada 2005, Presiden Bush menyifatkan manusia terkejam ini sebagai “tokoh kedamaian.”

Setahun kemudian, Allah swt melumpuhkan Ariel Sharon apabila dia diserang angin ahmar yang serius. "Semoga kelumpuhan yang ditanggungi dan dideritai sampai mati itu akan mendamai abadikan hatinya" sebagaimana derita ditanggung umat Islam di Shabra dan Shatila hasil kezalimannya. end/ii

Khutbah Jumaat - Tangisan Gaza

PROTES... Kanak-kanak Palestin mengadakan perarakan membantah di Ramallah

terhadap kekejaman Israel di Gaza.

Khutbah Jumaat seragam seluruh negara pada 9/1/09, tekan lima perkara :

PETALING JAYA: Semua masjid di seluruh negara hari ini menggunakan teks khutbah Jumaat yang seragam yang antara lain menekankan lima perkara bagi membela nasib rakyat Palestin daripada kekejaman Israel.

Antara lima perkara tersebut adalah menyalurkan bantuan kewangan melalui badan-badan diiktiraf kerajaan, memboikot dan memulau perkhidmatan Israel, menghentikan dan mengelak daripada terus menggunakan wang dolar dalam sebarang urusan perniagaan.

Selain itu, khutbah itu juga meminta umat Islam menginsafi akan bahaya perpecahan kepada umah dan memastikan penjenayah perang Gaza di bawa ke muka pengadilan.

Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi ketika dihubungi mStar Online berkata, masjid-masjid di seluruh negara juga akan mengadakan solat hajat bagi mendoakan kesejahteraan rakyat negara itu yang kini menderita akibat pencerobohan Israel di Semenanjung Gaza.

"Mesyuarat kabinet Rabu lalu telah memutuskan supaya solat hajat diadakan selepas solat Jumaat di seluruh negara pada hari ini bagi mendoakan saudara-saudara kita di Palestin dan kita telah memaklumkannya kepada jabatan agama di semua negeri.

"Selain itu, khutbah Jumaat yang akan dibacakan pada hari ini juga adalah seragam yang dikeluarkan Jakim (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia) yang menyeru seluruh umat Islam negara ini membela nasib rakyat Palestin," katanya.

Zahid berkata, solat hajat yang akan diadakan juga akan disertai dengan bacaan qunut nazilah.

Beliau berkata, serentak dengan itu juga, kutipan derma akan dijalankan setiap Jumaat selama tiga minggu berturut-turut bagi membantu meringankan penderitaan rakyat Palestin.
